How it works
You order by clicking on the product you want, then you'll get to a page where you can choose quantity, color, taste and so on.
When you are satisfied with your selection, click on the "CheckOut" or "Your Cart" button, fill in all details, payment method and other necessary information. We always recommend to register an account. This way you'll access all your address information the next time you login
Then click on the "Proceed to checkout" button. There are several shipping options, chose the one that suits you best.
Double check your information carefully, and when everything is correct, press "Place order" to complete the ordering process.
All prices are in SEK (Swedish kronor). Use a currency converter to see the prices in other currencies, for example this one.
We have no minimum order limit.
We do not sell to customers under 18 years of age without consent of an adult.
If you don't recieve an order confirmation email within 24 h, or you have any questions, please send us an email.
When you confirm the order you automatically accepts our purchasing conditions.
We offer You two different ways to pay, payment in advance through our bankgiro and card payment (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). We charge in swedish kronor (SEK).

Shipping and handling
We process your order as quickly as possible. Our goal is to send packages within 1-3 business days from when payment is obtained.
Note that it takes 1 business day (4 for American Express) for money to be transferred to our bank account from the moment you place the order.
Goods such as clothes, movies, etc. and orders during campaigns/special weekends could in some cases make the handling time to be 1-3 days longer.
It takes about 2-10 business days for your order to arrive depending on where in the world it is sent. Please note that the shipping companies may take a few days longer to ship the parcels under great weekends/holidays, which we can not influence.
Delivery time is calculated from the day we send your order.
Have in mind that it may be a bad decision to order for example chocolate to a country with warm weather since we don't have an option to send the parcels cold/chilled.
We are using Svenska Posten AB, UPS and DHL as primary carriers.
Delivery is made by mail, parcel or company parcel.
For customers located outside the European Union customs/clearance fees and tax may be added when receiving the order.
If your package has been damaged during transport please contact your local post office for reclamation, and then us, so we can help you as best as we can.
By entering your personal information in our webshop, such as registering an account, you agree that this information is stored and used by Butik Hemlängtan.
The information can easily be updated by yourself at any time by logging in to your account.
No thirdparty will have access to your personal inforamtion.

Rights of regret
Within 14 days after you get your order you have the right to regret your purchase. This only applies on unbroken original packing/wrapping and in unused condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and products that are being sent back by cash/collect on delivery are not accepted.

Customs & taxes
Custom and tax rules differs a lot and it's the costumers responsibility to find out which rules that applies for your home country.
If extra costs are added, such as customs duty or taxes, it's the costumers responsibility to pay these. Butik Hemlängtan cannot replace goods that are held by the costums, or pay fees in connection with such incidents.
It's the customers responsibility to check if there are any import restrictions for the products ordered.

We reserve against literal errors (text and image), that the product images not always renders exactly as the real product, and also against fact errors.
We reserve against errors that occurs in connection with data loss or software errors.
In case of closing sale we can send an equal or better product without any affect on the price, alternatively remove the product from the order and then of course adjust the price.
We cannot take responsibility for contingent extra costs if the costumer gives us incorrect information when ordering.
Butik Hemlängtan cannot take responsibility for packages damaged or lost in act of nature such as earthquakes.
