Shipping Options
UPS Standard
Road transport, mainly within Europe. Typical delivery in 3–7 business days. For items that do not require refrigeration.
UPS Express / Saver
Air freight. Fast delivery, usually 1–3 business days. Required when purchasing refrigerated items (herring, caviar, cheese, etc.).
Customs & Import (Non-EU)
For deliveries outside the EU (e.g., USA, UK, Norway, Switzerland):
- The recipient is the importer and responsible for customs duties, local VAT, and admin fees.
- These fees are not included in the shipping price.
- It is your responsibility to check import restrictions for your country. Goods seized by customs will not be refunded.
Damaged Goods
If your package arrives damaged:
- Report the damage to the driver immediately.
- Take photos of both the outer packaging and contents.
- Keep all packaging materials.
- Contact us with your order number and photos.

How long does delivery take?
UPS Standard: 3–7 business days (road, mainly Europe).
UPS Express / Saver: 1–3 business days (air, worldwide).

Do I need to be home to receive my package?
UPS will attempt delivery and may leave a notice if you are not home. You can manage delivery preferences (redirect to a UPS Access Point, reschedule, etc.) through UPS tracking once your shipment is on its way.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched we can update the address. Once the package is with UPS, you may be able to redirect it via UPS My Choice.
Do you offer free shipping?
We occasionally run free-shipping promotions. The shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before you confirm your order, so there are never any surprises.
What happens if my package is lost?
All shipments are fully tracked via UPS. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us with your order number and we will open an investigation with UPS. Lost packages are eligible for a replacement or refund.
